MEDIC 94 On Display at Oxford Car Show

The annual Oxford Car Show held on the first Friday every September is a popular event in the community. The streets of Oxford downtown are closed and dozens of classic, sports, racing and collectables are on display for the public to examine. MEDIC 94 Supports Penn Township and Pennsylvania State Police Sunny Day Camp

Paramedic Tammy Whiteman and MEDIC 94 were on hand to support the first Sunny Day Camp on August 6th where kids with special needs spent a day with police officers and other public safety responders. SCCEMS showed off our advanced life support unit and equipment and provided first aid and water to the participants.

New Race Through The Grapes Website is up

The new website for the annual Race Through The Grapes 5k is up. This annual 5k along with fun walk raises funds in support of the Dr. Gregory DeSimone Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded annually to a physician assistant student. Dr. Gregory DeSimone served as the Medical Director for MEDIC 94 from 1990 until his passing in 2013.... (Full Story & Photos)

SCCEMS Signs Lease Extension for Paramedic Station at Jennersville Regional Hospital through 2026

Southern Chester County Emergency Medical Services and the Jennersville Regional Hospital have reached agreement for a lease extension for the SCCEMS corporate offices and MEDIC 94-1 station located at Jennersville Hospital through 1 October 2026. MEDIC 94 participates on Octorarra High Schools Mock Crash

SCCEMS-MEDIC 94 participated in a Mock Crash today as part of the Octorarra High Schools pre-prom safety program. MEDIC 94-3 staffed by Paramedic Tammy Whiteman joined firefighters from the Cochranville, Christiana (PA) and Keystone Valley Fire Companies as well as BLS units from Keystone Valley and Christiana Community Ambulance. Six MEDIC 94 paramedics were recognized for cardiac arrests saves at the Chester County EMS Councils annual Awards dinner held during EMS Week.
