The new MEDIC 94-1 is being placed into service. The vehicle is a 2013 Ford Explorer purchased under state contract from New Holland Ford. The vehicles was lettered by Fitch Graphics and converted by 10-8 Upfitters of New Holland. The vehicle features high visibility Battenberg lettering, aluminum cabinetry and high visibility LED emergency lighting. The vehicle will be stocked with one set of ALS equipment and will rotate weekly as the primary 94-1 vehicle. The design of the vehicle enable us to operate at a lower per mile cost, increased provider safety and and extended service life expectancy due to a staff developed rotation system.
